Health Care Premium Rates and Prescription Drug Cost Transparency
The Department of Managed Health Care conducts a public meeting every even numbered year regarding health care premium rates and prescription drug costs transparency. The meeting provides an opportunity for a public discussion regarding the reasons for changes in the rates, benefits, and cost sharing in the individual, small group and large group market as well as prescription drug costs in the commercial market.
