The DMHC is gathering information to establish a vendor pool for health care utilization management consultants able to provide expert guidance and recommendations in the DMHC's implementation of Senate Bill (SB) 306, chaptered on October 6, 2025. Participants must have knowledge and expertise in utilization management, specifically prior authorization, in California.
