The DMHC maintains a great deal of information about each health plan it licenses. This information includes licensing and financial data that have been provided by plans. It is used to ensure that health plans provide medically necessary services to Californians and that plans stay financially solvent to be able to provide access to care.

This section provides information on different required reports submitted such as eFile licensing, HMO Financial Reporting, and Financial Solvency Reporting. It also provides a link for plans to submit Quarterly Grievance Reports and Block Transfer Filing Forms.
