Applications for an Award of Advocacy and Witness Fees

NOTICE: Effective February 16, 2018, the Director has decided not to issue decisions regarding both Anthem, Inc.’s proposed acquisition of Cigna Corporation and Aetna, Inc.'s proposed merger with Humana. Participants seeking an Advocacy Award for significant contributions related to the Department’s consideration of these mergers must submit an Application for an Advocacy Award no later than April 17, 2018, through the Consumer Participation Program Portal. Participants that submit Applications after this date will be ineligible for compensation, pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 28, section 1010, subdivision (d)(1).
